REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

1. No refunds

We generally do not offer refunds. Since all our products are personalized, they are not resalable and therefore have no residual value.

2. Partial refunds for production defects

In exceptional cases, we will grant a partial refund of 50%, exclusively for obvious manufacturing defects. These include:

• Errors that are clearly attributable to our production and not to incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Photos or other evidence of the defect must be submitted for review.

3. Exclusions from refunds

No refunds will be given for:

• Personalized and refined items, as these were specially made according to customer requirements and have no resale value.

• Color variations that may occur due to different monitor settings.

• Incorrect data provided by the customer, such as typos, incorrect graphics or insufficient resolution.

4. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, the following applies:

• Holes in the product: We will replace the item.

• Missing parts: We will supply the missing parts free of charge.

• It is not necessary to return the faulty goods, but we require photos as proof.
