1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all inquiries and offers made via the contact form on our website https://printstudios.de. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

5. Delivery and services

7. Warranty and Liability

In this case, liability is limited to compensation for foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

9. Final provisions

9.1 Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.

9.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9.3 For merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company.
